Practical skills
Learning focused on everyday household work and clear standards.
About us
Make household standards easier to teach.
Household Excellence Academy (HEA) is an online learning initiative designed to help employers train household staff with more clarity and consistency.
Why HEA exists
Employers often know the standards they want in their home, but may not have the time, teaching materials or shared language to explain every expectation. HEA is being built to make that process more structured and accessible.
Our courses focus on practical learning for domestic household staff, including maids, nannies and cooks. The household employer purchases access for a named helper, who completes the course online.
Our approach
Practical, respectful, structured.
Accessible format
Courses planned in English, Hindi and Kannada.
Clear completion
A quiz and certificates for the helper and employer after course requirements are met.
Our first course
Hygiene & Professionalism
Our first course covers foundational hygiene principles and professional conduct and trust in a household setting. It is intended for household helpers across roles.
Basics of Housekeeping and Basics of Childcare are planned for a later release. They are not currently available for purchase.
Household Excellence Academy is operated by Kaimeva, Bengaluru.
