Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases and use of Household Excellence Academy courses.

Business: Kaimeva, a sole proprietorship registered in Bengaluru, India, operating Household Excellence Academy (HEA).

Effective date: 28 October 2026.

Please read these terms before placing a pre-order. Course access is scheduled for 10 December 2026.

1. About the service

HEA provides online training courses intended for domestic household staff, including maids, nannies and cooks. The household employer purchases course access for a named helper. Course details, language availability, pricing and the stated delivery date are displayed on the website and may be updated before purchase.

2. Pre-orders and payment

The Hygiene & Professionalism course is offered as a pre-order until course access is released. The introductory price is ₹1,199 and the regular price is ₹1,499. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is collected through the checkout provider shown on the website. Please review the course and delivery information before paying.

3. Course licence and access

Each purchase grants access for one named helper only. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct helper name and a suitable email address for purchase communications. Course access, credentials and materials must not be shared with other people, resold, redistributed or used to provide unauthorised group access. A separate purchase is required for each additional helper.

4. Completion and certificates

The helper must complete the course and any stated quiz requirements to qualify for completion. A certificate is issued to the named helper and the employer after the completion requirements are met. A certificate confirms course completion; it is not a government qualification, employment guarantee or substitute for role-specific professional licensing.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Course content, branding and learning materials are provided for the purchaser's permitted personal household-training use. Unless required by law or expressly authorised in writing by Kaimeva, you must not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute or create commercial products from course materials.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are provided only if the course is not delivered by the stated delivery date. In that case, the buyer will receive a full refund and will still receive the course when it launches. No refund is available for a change of mind. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after eligibility is confirmed. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Service changes and availability

We may make reasonable updates to course content, presentation or website functionality to improve clarity and service quality. If a material change affects a paid order, we will communicate relevant information to the buyer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or email delivery services.

8. Limitation and responsibility

Courses provide general educational information. The employer remains responsible for workplace instructions, supervision, safe working conditions and compliance with applicable laws. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kaimeva is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website or course, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
