Hygiene & Professionalism is an online digital course. There is no physical shipment, courier service or shipping fee.

Delivery date

The course is currently offered as a pre-order. Course access is scheduled for 10 December 2026.

How access is delivered

Course access instructions will be sent by email to the buyer on the stated delivery date. The buyer is responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam and promotions folders.

Helper details

Each purchase is for one named helper. The buyer should provide the helper's name accurately so the course record and certificate can be associated with the correct person.

If access does not arrive

If you do not receive the access email on the stated delivery date, contact Kaimeva using the details on the Contact Us page. We aim to respond within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delayed delivery and refunds

If the course is not delivered by the scheduled launch date of 10 December 2026, the buyer may choose either a 100% refund and cancel the order (without course access), or a 50% refund and keep their place for access when the delayed course launches. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
