Depending on how you use the website or purchase a course, we may collect:

• Buyer name.
• Buyer email address.
• Buyer phone number.
• The named helper's name, used to associate the purchase and certificate with the correct person.
• Order and transaction status information needed to administer a purchase, refunds, customer support and records.
• Messages you send us when asking for help.

3. How we use information

We use this information to process and administer orders, deliver course access by email, identify the named helper, issue completion certificates, respond to enquiries, manage refunds, maintain appropriate business records and protect the service against misuse.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay or the payment provider presented at checkout. Kaimeva does not store full card numbers, card security codes or other full card details on its own systems. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive payment confirmation, transaction identifiers and status information necessary to manage your order.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, communicate by email, deliver course access and maintain business records, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud.

HEA's courses are purchased by adults for household staff. The buyer should not submit unnecessary personal information about children through this website.
